The wheels on the blue RS6+ (480bhp with optics pack and sports exhaust) are stock, but they're colour coded with the optics pack (coloured wheels, trim, roof rails and exhaust tips from memory). They're 19" as standard, and a different offset to the A4-Sline wheels.

But basically look the same.

Cayenne/Porsche brakes are Brembo.

Same as Audi C5RS6 and C6 RS6 and B7 RS4...

Cayenne callies are 6-piston the others above are 8-piston, and I think the new C6RS6 are 10-piston, cant recall, with 390mm discs!!!

I know they are Brembos but they aren't labelled as such.

6-piston Cayenne calipers with aftermarket rotors are still way cheaper per wheel than the usual 8-piston suspects IIRC. Enough so that I wouldn't miss the extra stopping power I don't think.

Agreed, that’s why I wouldn't even consider the A5, it’s too over-priced, and way under-powered.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

But it sure is a sexy looking car!! I got so many looks when I test drove one I loved everything about it but it just didn't have enough power. One thing that did stand out the most is the sound system, fcking awesome!!

Beautiful Avant. That looks like it would fit my surfboards perfectly So your general experience with Audi has been good? I'm considering an R8 in a couple of years but have never owned Audi before.

Damn nice, Audi makes wagons look sexy lol. I'm not a big fan of Audi though, my friends mom had one they put $2,000.00 in suspension parts and the SAME DAY it came out of the shop she got on the highway and BAM blown engine lmfao. It was a 97 I think with a less then 110k on the motor.

They have made vast improvements over the last 13 years.

LMSBO that sounds like my friend's Range Rover. He picked up a brand new Sport last month and 4 hours after driving it off the lot the engine light went on and he had to take it back. In 2 months of ownership he's been back to the dealership an additional two times LOL.

WOOOOOW hahahaha that sucks ass. I wish they were reliable here as they are over seas. I hear a lot of great things about them in the UK.

Yeah it's odd they have a fantastic reputation overseas but here their reliability is notorious. Oh well, the RR sport is still ballin and the interior is super lux. At least his ride is under warranty for 4 years

Bah... just get the 2.0T A5, then bring it to GMP Performance (who Audi of Charlotte knows, trusts, and recommends), and get chipped/flashed for a few hundred dollars. That's my plan as the A5 is on my short list. Even being able to afford the 3.2 doesn't mean it makes sense. Give me the turbo with some small tweaks and it's more cost effective and a lot more fun to drive!

Yeah chipped turbo with ECU flash would be hella cheaper and probably more fun than the V8 in the S.

I'm disappointed with the lack of aftermarket upgrades for the S6.

S6 is sexy but too big! It feels like more of a luxury sport car.

A lot of people still underestimate the A4's 2.0T.

It is big, but I like 4 doors so no complaints from me. I'm pretty impressed with the handling.

S6 engine is sick and one of the most luxurious sedans IMO.

have had 5x Audi's now and they've all been great.
Fantastic build quality, and with the S and RS models, fantastic performance.

My RS - 0-62 in 4s...

Good to hear. I figured I would always drive Porsche but I've been impressed with the direction Audi (and to a lesser extent Jaguar) have gone with their recent models. Plus, Audi and Porsche via VW are pretty much the same company now
