As far as who is paying for the damage the dealers Garage Keepers Insurance is primary but in this case I am sure they will tap into the drivers personal insurance on an excess basis. In reality, they should have had an employee of the dealership with him during the test drive of this high performance/high value vehicle.

 

Actually, if you look at the last pic, at the tire, there is a cord attached to it, so they probably pulled the car out of the middle of the pond.

 

There is a cord there, but that doesn't tell us where it was pulled from. They could have attached the cord right there.

Either way, fucktard driver + supercar = drowned R8.
