G37 was my initial pick until I realized every other car on the road is a G35/37

I'd go for a G37S myself (I might be a little biased).

I like your car....

Is there anything you don't like about the G37? The seats really bug me. I find them really narrow... and hard, and the Nav that greys out a whole bunch of stuff when you are moving is a pain.

I've gotten used to my seats since getting the car. THey were a bit narrow feeling at first but they are pretty comfy now (don't know if the seats changed or my ass). The nav can be annoying sometimes but not everything is disabled while moving. Overall I would rate the nav very highly (its as good as Hondas but with the annoying lockouts).

Things I don't like about it:

-Muffler is rattling on startup (there is a TSB for this but I have been too lazy to get it fixed).
-Voice commands were severely restricted after the first few thousand cars were made (mine being one of the restricted ones).
-Car is not quite as fast as I had hoped (its just too heavy). Still very quick but will not be catching any 335i's anytime soon.
-Interior overall is very nice and a huge improvement over the previous G35 coupe, but there are still some head-scratching choices such as no liner around the sunroof allowing the whole headliner to be pulled down around the sunroof. Also the center armrest area and some of the inner door materials are made of cheap, hard plastic. And the cupholders on the 6MT that I have are a joke....
-I wish I had gotten the optional spoiler. It makes the car look 100x better and cannot be added later if you want it (unless done aftermarket which doesn't look as good as the OEM).

Thats about it. The car has been very reliable so far and is a joy to drive. There are no rattles as of yet and the quality for the most part seems to be on par with Acura (maybe a notch lower than Lexus). The engine note is still the best there is this side of an AM DB-9 and the Bose stereo is one of the better oem units I've heard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this car to anybody.....

Audi is only good when the car is not in the shop.
