If I lost to a RAV4 I would head straight to the nearest dealership.

I have not even seen a new Rav4 on the road yet, so I have not lost to one. I just happen to see a commercial for it on TV that sparked my curiosity, so I got on Edmunds.com and caranddriver.com and started doing some research. And I guess it doesn't really apply to only TL's, it can also apply to the CL, RL, and TSX.

I drove the 4 cylinder model, it's pretty peppy itself...The steering is very sensitive too, with go-cart-like reaction from driver inputs. Nice car indeed.

I like the CRV better...

Plus the RAV4 is too pricey for a small SUV....

When we bought our Murano last August, I felt reasonably confident that we purchased about the 3rd or 4th quickest crossover on the market (behind the Cayenne, FX and maybe 400h). With the new RAV4, RX350, upcoming RDX and CX7, my beloved Mo is fast becoming one of the slower ones.
