Dude i just got back from the dealer, I got a TSX loaner. It has about 2500 mi on it and IMO it's a glorified Civic. It's pretty quick for a 4 banger but the seats are no where near as comfortable as the CL-S, I don't like how the Interior shaping is. The only thing that i wouldn't mind on the CL-S would be switching out the gauge lights from the TSX onto the silver backing of my CL-s.
anyways my 2 cents.

scooter,
thought about it on two seperate occassions......months apart.....came so very close both times. Why didn't i do it? 1- memory seats
2- likelyhood of a performance variant being released
3- first year car....won't do that again....
Power isn't the same but the car isn't a dog by any stretch. Plenty of mods will be available. But if i were you i'd wait....see what shakes out. I"m waiting for more power and AWD as an option before wanting to move away from the CLS.

alright maybe called it a gloried civic is a bit exaggerated but i am not overly impressed to trade in my CL-S for the TSX.
As you mentioned though if it had AWD that would be a different story.

i had a tsx for 2 days in august. it's a neat little car but i was soo happy to get my cl-s back.
tsx > cl-s - headlights, guages, stereo, transmission(auto), how the doors open and shut.
cl-s > tsx - speed, interior width, seats, ride quality, handling, engine vibration, overall comfort.
i thought the tsx suspension felt a little harsh, even compared to my cl-s lowered 3" on teins. but with none of the handling benefit. i also noticed some vibration from the engine when the rpms would dip from time to time. acceleration is no comparison. my car felt like a ferrari compared to it.
it's fair to point out the tsx was stock and my car isn't. i'm sure the 6 speed tsx with some mods would be exceptional.
