Anyone interested in taking over my TL.......

It will be back to stock, but I'm not asking for any money or anything, just put it in your name and it's yours.....I pay $469 a month and have 20 months left on the lease. Please email me if interested:

streeteffectz@home.com

By the way, it's a 2000 with navigation, 22,000 miles, white diamond pearl, wings west body kit with spoiler, also have factory side skirts and factory spoiler with 3rd brake light.

Normally, you have to submit a credit application from the new lessor to the lease company, because they must "qualify" for the payments, etc...

Exactly Ogolden1....I'm not looking to give the car to someone and have them make the payments....I'm looking for someone who would like the car and who is going to take it over and put it in their own name and finish out the lease, that's all, nice and easy

Here is the issue with letting someone take over your lease....it depends on the credit company/bank, even if the person fills out a credit app, gets his own insurance, signs his life away on all necessary paperwork- you may still be responsible if the shit hits the fan....some banks, since you are the original purchaser- your name will still be attached to the car. If it is, thats a problem and you should try to sell the car privately....if the person you sell the car to kills someone with it, you can (and will be) sued along with that person....you'll be fucked (mostly financially)

Assuming this lease is through Honda Finance, I'm not sure if they will transfer your name off the car and switch a new buyer to the vehicle....for example, BMW Financial Services will "not" transfer names, not matter what.

Make a call on Monday...its and important issue. Good luck.

SE: Can you tell us why you're ditching the TL?

Are you moving on to a TL-TypeS, an MDX, or a non-Acura vehicle?

What gives?
