Well, the one thing you will get is exclusivity. Your neighbor will definitely not have one, that is why you spend the money.
Now for me? I don't need that type of vehicle. I'll take a 2006 A8, and have enough left over to buy a Corvette.

Looks very cool, and is very unique.
I'd have to lap it on the track if I was ever interested in buying it, as there are no guarantees the chassis is sorted out on a custom jobber like that.

ummm "up to 450 hp at wheels and only 2000 pounds"??!?!?! this thing hauls major ass!! 450 at the wheels is pretty crazy, but we all know our acuras are on the slow side because they are heavy. 2000 pounds is nothing!
i dont think you guys realize how fast this thing is, and if speed is your thing, definitely worth 75 g's, but for all of us who obviously enjoy a little luxury and aren't crazy about speed, then yeah I'd get a more comfortable, but SLOWER sports car.

umm.... i didn't know that h22's were capable of producing 450whp, and for that matter why wouldn't they use a k series engine?
forsurely would not spend 75k on this, if i was in the market for this kinda car, i'd be looking at a lotus elise/exige or an ariel atom, but not this thing, whatever it is

I actually saw this on the Teckademics V video, it sounded badass, it's worth $75K, but not what I would go for. I'm not interested in something that fast (mid 10sec car for sure), a Lexus IS-F will do.

For everyone that says they wouldn't pay $75K for it... ![what](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/what.gif)
Performance: 450+ HP and 1900 pounds and a near perfect F/R weight ratio. Say what you want but this car will eat just about anything on the road. Including your previously mentioned C-AMG, IS-F, Z06, shelby KR, and hell I'll go as far as saying it might even keep up with a ZR1.
Looks: In my opinion the K1 is one of the best looking cars... anywhere. Being able to drive anywhere and know you're not gonna see another car like yours has value to me. Pulling up to starbucks in the morning and seeing 3 other AMGs... psh
Sure I'm 21 and likely won't ever own one, but if I was looking at any car under 150K, a K1 would probably be in the top 3. Also, you can get one turnkey ready to go for around 40-45K (minus the turbo and all extras on this one)

It just looks to unsafe and extremely unsafe taking into account that you have 75k to spend on a car. It makes no sense at that price. If you want a track car there are going to be faster better handling dedicated track cars, If you want something that is pure speed and no luxury for the road then get a bike you could buy an MV agusta for half that price.
Even then you could get an exige which has no luxury still fast enough for most people and you wont die if you get in a fender bender.

I think it's pretty cool, like others said it's not what I would buy, but I can see why someone would, the performance is super car huge - those comparing it to sedans or more run of the mill sports cars don't "get" a car like this. My complaint is the over all styling, the front looks ok to good, the back lines just don't work for me, it becomes too angular and loses a lot of the exotic mystique the front demonstrates. For what it is, the interior actually looks pretty good, normally small production kit cars like this have absolutely terrible interiors, think Ultima GTR, FactoryFive, etc... otherwise great kit cars that fall a bit short in the interior department.
Two thumbs up, but it's just not for me
