any good Toyota forums for the Highlander?

My GF is getting super interested into a new highlander. I'm not sure I'm going to be able to talk her into an RDX

Anyway, toyotanation.com is a shitty board with even shittier support for Toyota SUVs. Are there ANY good boards for the Highlander? (Acurazine spoils me on my TSX).

Also, I'd welcome comments about vehicles we should cross shop (other than the RDX, and don't say MDX, neither of us are interested or can afford it. try to keep it under $35k).

Thanks!

Rav 4 V6
CX-7
Sante Fe
CR-V

Personally I'd go with a Rav 4 V6 or Sante Fe but Highlanders are nice as well.

The Highlander is not a bad truck/van but it is getting quite old and surely is being replaced soon. I'm not sure I'd be a fan of getting a model on the tail end of the it's cycle.

The RAV 4 V6 does look decent though...

My grandmom got a murano and its a very nice car. You have to like the styling but if you do it comes with a lotl. HIDs, Navi with back up camara, Leather heated seats, active keys (that feature when you never take the keys out of your pocket), sunroof. There is more but that is the main stuff and it costs all about 30k.

MDX and RDX?!?!?!

Highlander is vanilla

Perhaps look at
CX7...they are good looking in pics...and even better in person
Rav4....v6 model is great
Santa Fe....The new model is excellent all around...and can't beat the warranty
CRV.....if you can get past the love it or hate it front end.
Murano....not as much room as Highlander...and it's getting long in tooth...but still nice if you like CVT

CX7 - not a MAZDA person
RAV4 - my sis got the 06 limited v6 white
Santa Fe - the warranty is high because there are alot of repairs needed for that car. (i worked at a service shop, this guy brought in a Santa Fe with 80k miles and the transmission is finished)
CRV - my uncle just got it last week and it's okay.
Murano - my girlfriend drives one.

alot of people in my family drives SUV, i perfer to stick to the sedans and coupes so i can make modifications to them. lol..

That's not bad...could be alot worse...See Honda / Acura transmissions
