Another Supra bites the dust...
CLEARWATER, Fla. - The son of professional wrestler Hulk Hogan was seriously injured in a car crash Sunday night, police said.
A Toyota Supra driven by Nick Bollea was traveling at a high rate of speed at approximately 7:30 p.m., Clearwater Police spokesman Wayne Shelor said. Bollea, which is Hogan's real name, lost control and hit a raised median. The car flipped around, and the back end hit a palm tree."The car was destroyed," Shelor said.
Bollea and an unidentified male passenger were extricated from the car by paramedics, Shelor said. Then they were airlifted to Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg. Their official conditions were not immediately available, but Shelor described the injuries of both men as serious.
The crash occurred on State Route 60, a main drag through downtown Clearwater. The road had to be shut down in both directions for several hours, Shelor said.
Alcohol is not believed to have played a part in the crash. The crash seems to have been caused by excessive speed, Shelor said.

He is an IDIOT... I was watching NOPI Tunervision a few days ago, and he was attempting to drift in a Viper. This kid has no purpose behind the wheel of a a high performance car. A Geo Metro, or a Toyota Yaris... Sure. But not a Supra or a Viper. I am 32, and I doubt my own driving skills sometimes in my family car...

That fucking kid swears he can drive. He reminds me of one of my neighbors. The guy keeps buying his son mustangs and the kid thinks the better the car the better the driver. One time he called us out to see how "awesome" his kid drives. The kid did a brake stand burnout.; I laughed and went inside.

i know this isnt exactly right, but, i wish that he was the one that was more hurt because he was the shitty ass driver and was responsible. the passenger did nothing wrong except get into the car with some kid that thinks he is on top of the world. dumbass

Damn maybe I should drive by and take some pics since I live in clearwater. Yeah this kids an idiot, I've been expecting this to happen for a while. My friends raced him once with a ridculously powerful altima at 480whp with 8lbs of boost and beat his ass!!

What a waste of a perfectly good supra...too bad it was in the wrong hands. At least the kid didn't kill himself in it, now his dad gets to beat his ass when he gets out of the hospital. I think it's about time for Nick to quit playing race car driver. Maybe he should persue something that requires less skill and talent.

I thought the lambo's have had a lot of problems with catching fire recently..Nice how some of you are so quick to jump the "he's an idiot" bandwagon simply knowing that there was a high rate of speed involved in the accident. You can't just assume that it was bad driving that caused the crash, there are many other circumstances that could have been involved. Not to mention the fact that 90% of you have probably driven "at a high rate of speed" yourself.
Not trying to defend Nick as I think he is a tool myself, but damn you guys are quick to judge.
