When that GT-R ran at 1,500 hp it just broke into the 8 sec club @ 8.975. That's an awesome tune, but they still have a second to catch up to SW's Boost Logic.

That is indeed the Alpha and the Omega of GT-Rs. 1600 whp is absolutely f-ing insane. Kudos to AMS for pulling that off without blowing up the engine or tranny.

havent seen the video but im sure the engine is titanium this, forged that, unobtanium this.

So did they have the 3 guys sitting on the trunk to get an accurate dyno? And if so, are they gonna have to add weight to the rear in order to get the same power delivery on the track.

They keep spinning the tires on the dyno. At the track they will have the benefits of drag radials on a prepped track and launch control.
