All you LEASERS out there!
Alright I've been car shopping around first I was looking at TSX's and a few other cars in that range, and figured I dont need to work so much to pay off a car i don't even need at 20 years old in college. So I decided to be sensible and get a car that's cheaper that I actually love...The 06 accord couple 4cyl lx. My friend got one and I gotta say for the money its a tight whip. I love the way they redid the tail lights, and I think it's pimp...
Anyways I was wondering when I go to the dealership do I negotiate price, or do I just negotiate monthly payments?
Anyone have an idea of what ill be paying? Invoice is 19600, MSRP is 21725...I will be putting 1k down, and doing 36 months/12k mile lease term.
What should I say, how should I negotiate? Most car sites only give price quotes not monthly payment quotes...(Yes I have gone to carbuyingtips.com and leasecompare.com)

IF you go to the dealer, definitely negotiate price. Never negotiate monthly. They can screw you that way.
I'd just go to the online sites and have the dealer Internet sales people fight for your business. They usually will give you a quote from dealers in your area. Autobytel.com comes to mind, but I don't remember the others right now.
My cousin got her 2005 TSX this way last month. She got it for $25,500 with Navi. She had 4 dealers trying to get her the best deal.

If you are only 20 years old, good luck on leasing. My guess is it won't happen.

any reason for that? i leased my first accord at 20... worked fine
and for leasing i highly recommend checking out the edmunds forum about prices paid

they have it split for buying and leasing, but you negotiate leases to a purchase price first, then you worry about the financing... the lower you can get your purchase price below the msrp the better off you will be...
