Uneven camber side-to-side. Too much cross-camber can make a vehicle pull or lead towards the side that has the most (positive) camber or away from the side that has the least (negative) camber. The underlying cause may be a bent strut or mislocated strut tower, a bent spindle, collapsed control arm bushing, weak or broken spring, or a shifted crossmember or engine cradle. Check SAI and the included angle to see if these are in or out of specs to diagnose the problem. Also check ride height. Correct by replacing worn or damaged parts, correcting location of strut tower, repositioning engine cradle, and/or reducing cross-camber to half a degree or less by readjusting camber to specifications.

So I called the dealer I am to take the car to tomorrow and spoke with the service manager. Told him my story, etc.
He was questioning why I would even bring the car to them if they're going to determine the same thing that the Honda dealer did. He told me to take it straight to a frame shop.
So he's going to speak with Acura and see what's up.
I give up.

Evidently, there are some adjustments that can be made to eliminate the issue I was having. Funny that my "former" dealer didn't even acknowledge this. They stated that this is a well known issue on the earlier model year TSXs and they have seen the issue and thus knew how to fix it.
They had it on the rack three times and got it dialed in the third time. The car drives like it's brand new. No push, no pull, perfectly aligned steering wheel.

Weird... But I guess the level of service differs from dealer to dealer... It's amazing that the first dealer made you just thru hoops, and the last dealer handled it like it was a run of the mill issue
It was night and day. This was the dealer I bought my CL-S from and didn't go back to them for the TSX just because of the nature of the deal I got when I dumped my G35.

Sucks they didn't give you a print out from the first alignment(from the second dealership), this is clearly the printout from the final, the "before" on the new printout doesn't make sense based on the original you posted. In any case I am much happier with the front toe in the most recent alignment, I wish the rear toe was a little more even, but if the car feels right, a little tire wear is a small price to pay.
Yea, I didn't realize they didn't give me the first two... They did mention that they could not reproduce the numbers the Honda dealer provided and questioned if their alignment rack was off.

So it would seem that they corrected the issue without a camber kit then? Like the car has some way to adjust all alignment settings to spec, without additional expense, if the suspension if unmodified?

You do realize that in many cases camber kits are glorified bolts, right? Without seeing the before and/or talking directly to the tech that performed the alignment all we are doing is guessing. There is a very easy way to adjust rear camber with out replacing any parts, on the front of a TSX it is not so easy. I am very familiar with the alignment rack used, based on the second printout I know it was a Hunter, there is a way to make any car spot on with a Hunter rack. Unless Scrib was at the dealership for north of 3 hours, I don't think they "shifted" the subframe, they had it in and out of the alignment bay 3 times, they wouldn't have had the time to do that. My guess, they dialed in the toe correctly, which was the steering wheel alignment problem and tweaked the rack to get the printout right, the few attempts were dialing in the toe, which is not uncommon and takes very little time. I've performed thousands of alignments when I worked on cars and know the "tricks." At the end of the day, what difference does it make? The car is aligned, the customer is happy and the camber problem it had on the front wouldn't make a noticeable impact on tire wear.

You can change the ranges on the Hunter racks to get everything in the green.
