Air sound while driving

Air sound while driving

while im driving i hear almost like air or wind sound coming from the driverside. yes the door is closed all the way. the seal around the door and window is not ripped or missing. it looks completely sealed. its quite loud while im driving. any ideas?

You can see if you are leaking or have holes by watering your car to see if inside gets wet.

What year/car do you have? Hondas/Acuras arent known for being silent, but if its really loud, thats not exactly normal.

1) Check the outside driver's mirror mounting points for tightness & damage-- make sure it isn't loose or out of position.

2) Slip a piece of paper into the closed door and run it around the door frames to see if there's a spot where the paper gets loose to check for a bad door seal.

3) Wipe down the weatherstripping & door seal with 303 Aerospace or silicone lube-- if the noise decreases, it's excessively dry weatherstripping.

Adding an aftermarket exhaust will surely solve that problem.
