Air filter?

Hey everyone-
Pretty stupid question here, but I'm thinking I need to change my air filter in my TL. My question, where is it? Is it something I can change by myself, or does a dealer have to do it? I'm getting a dirty smell through the vents and hope that might help. I just bought it in March, its a '05 acura tl. Any suggestions?

Air filter or In cabin air filter?

Sounds like the in cabin air filter, that is behind my glove box in my CL. I'm not sure where it is on the new TLs. You might get more response in the TL forum.

WHich one, engine or cabin filter? How many miles?
FOr engine, there is a black hose coming out of the engine which is about 3-4 inches in diameter with ridges. That leads to a rectangular box. This box has 4 scres. Unscrew them and lift up. the filter is under there, just replace and screw the four screws back. Note, these screws will not fall or come out of the top portion, so don't pull on them. For cabin, you have to remove the glovebox.

to makew it easy, there are DIY's on this in the 3G garage.
