Hey now I smoke but I don't smoke in my car and I also flick the embers out and throw away whats left usually in a smoke butt can or trash can, and say I am out and about I try not to smoke near doorways as that can just be plain rude. But I was used to it being military and all and smoking in designated smoke areas.
