Accurate lease payment calculator

Is their any site where I can find an accurate lease calculator? That shows going rates, etc.

Just for the hell of it...I was looking at a bunch of cars on Acura.com using their payment calculators and they seem WAY off.

For example (I used a 2007 TSX 5-speed Auto)

2007 TSX 5-Speed
36 Months Term
12,000 Annual Mileage

$520.20

*Lease Summary: Required Refundable Security Deposit $525.00, 1st Monthly Payment $520.20, Capitalized Cost Reduction $0.00 to equal an estimate total of $1,045.20 due at lease signing

Is it really $520.20 a month for a 07' TSX? I see deals for $300 something a month...

If you are paying $520/mo, you're out of your mind.
My neighbor who leased a 2004 TL back in 11/2004 is paying only $410/mo with $1500 down.

Those numbers are based on ridiculously high money factors, usually. Use any one of the lease calculator excel spreadsheets you can find online that let you tweak all the different variables and you will get a much more accurate look at what you will really need to pay.

If you want, shoot me a PM with your email and I will send you a copy of the one that I have been using for years to negotiate lease deals for myself and others I know.

Call me stupid...But wouldn't the sites want to show ridiculously low numbers? Instead of the opposite? When I saw 500+ for a freakin TSX, It definitely scared me away.

Hey, Could you please send me a lease calculator? I'm actually working on getting a new 2007 TSX on lease, and as of right now, I have NO clue about the amount. From what I see online, it ALL depends on the *expected price of the car at the end of the lease-term*.

Anyway, sorry about the rant, please let me know anything about leasing this car. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
