Yeah, only idiots drive fast in rain. And only idiots put their friend's life in danger with their antics.

Btw, using RealPlayer media should be punishable by death.

Not sure I agree with RealPlayer people being done away with! But one problem is that boards like this give drivers a podium to talk about driving fast/reckless. Should we consider a policy of only allowing posts dealing with speed etc. that are on a legal track? YMMV

We'd have to do away with the damn crackpipe and dope feind pics too... That'll never happen.

What I'm saying is RealPlayer sucks. The format sucks, the program is bloatware/spyware, and the quality sucks. I'd rather have an AVI or MPG file that's five times the size because at least then I can SEE more than just a few pixels moving around. In these days where most people have broadband (or a modem and the time to d/l a couple mb file), there is no reason not to use a more viewable format.

If that was all true then why doesn't it die of its own weight? Somebody must find it fits a need.

When I first read/saw the picture, I did not have that much compassion.

But in rethinking, we all have done stuff at one time or another. He just got unlucky.

Hope he gets well soon but he will have to deal with some guilt over this whether it was or was not his fault.

I for one will try really hard to slow down a bit...

Bah! Anyone with a smidgeon of computer knowledge hates RealPlayer. Everyone knows it's crap. It survives because all the news websites insist on using it because it uses so little bandwidth and filesize.

You know why it's so little? BECAUSE THE PICTURE IS LIKE FOURxFOUR PIXELS AND IT'S SHITTY.

Basically, it'd be useless if it wasn't attached to everything that is sold to the news companies who think it's so great. Bleh. It's asstastic.

Well..for example, clubrsx.com doesn't allow racing posts....I was saying we should do away with the racing stories forum. It only encourages people to test the limits of thier cars..

The limit of the car is OK, it's the limit of the driver that kills!
