I saw an ad in the local Jacksonville newspaper for a MB dealer offering low leases, and the mileage alloted was only 7,500 miles per year!

I do make 10k miles a year. A friend of mine makes less than 7k miles a year. It works for some people.

Due at signing = $289 (refundable security deposit) + $289 (1st month payment) + $575 acquisition fee + tax + tag. Standard in all $0 down leases (acquisition fee can always be negotiated).

^^ yeah you are right. Same thing happened when I went to lease the XC90. I told them they needed to give me the deal if they wanted to earn my business, and so they did.

This is usually the case with Mercedes and BMW lease offers between $300 and $600 per month (dependent on model - C, E or 3-series, 5-series) in SoCal. And usually requires total of $3K-6K at signing, too!

A friend of mine arrived saturday at my house with a new 07 A4. Same deal as above. Red, 6 speed manual, cloth interior, and everything else stock. For $289 a month it is a steal.

Yes. All leases may have. Depending on the excessive wear and tear, or extra mileage. It is stated in the contract. It is a close-end lease, so they cannot change the agreement.

I realize that. It just sounds shady. Hey we might charge you for shit you don't know about.

Can out-of-state people capitalize on this offer?? That's a nice car at a cheap price for a daily driver.
