6 Years And A New Ride

Been a great 6 years with my CL Type-S (even with the tranny issues), but it was time for a change (more accurately, my tranny warranty coming to an end )

This forum is a great place for information and just to kick it leisurely, I'll sure be sticking around... thanks all!

Here's my new ride...

A shocking 398lbs heavier than the coupe.

Still fun to drive but far less rigid. Popular with tropy wives and badge-conscious poseurs.
Jeezus, that's a bit harsh isn't it? I love the way the E46 M3 vert looks.

Drive an M3, then drive an M3 with 3 passengers. Few things compare favorably to skinnier and lighter versions of themselves, except maybe Kate Moss.

But to say the M3 vert has nothing positive to offer to anyone who isn't a trophy wife or badge-conscious poseur?

What else was out there in that price range that was comparable? Not much.
