The 50k Question
Well...the 45k - 50k midsize lux category is definitely a full one. In all honesty, you can't go too wrong, can you? Or would you skip the sporty sedan category and go for a full-fledged premium sedan, or a semi-exotic German sports car?
Between the five options above, which would you sink your money into? Why? Consider resale value, overall owner experience, and which you feel is the better overall vehicle.
BTW--no other choices...pick from the above

I'm a little biased...RL. Then again, how can you try to decide between this group of apples and oranges? If I wanted a sports car, I'd take the 996. If I wanted the sedan, I'd go with the RL. This is a weird poll, man.

RL
I'm looking oforward to some great reviews of the near 50K category especially featuring the 4WD or AWD entries. The RL isn't going to be a clear winner across the board (performance. luxury content, seating, handling, bling factor) but the SH-AWD seems to have gotten accolades from every automotive journalist and the price including all options is impossible to beat.

the poll is weird .... ~
996 has nthing to do with the rest of the cars ..
and GS and LS is not that much the same thing .. ~
hard to compare .. ~
but i would pick RL for sedan and 996 for sports car

M35 for me or RL if I got a car for the wifey. On the other hand, 50k would buy me a new M3 6mt with only xenons and sunroofs. I wouldn't pay any more for the other available options anyways.

Well...as much fun as the 996 would be, the other cars came into play w/ practicality. Originally, it was down to the 996...and just the 996.

I'd still take an RL.
