I think it's a sweet looking car. So far they say it will have 274HP and 280ft-lbs of torque 2.3L turbo 4cyl, active torque spilt AWD system, LSD, and 6MT.

Mazdas have average reliability stateside. Not great, not bad.
All this Consumer Reports talk out of the way, the M6 MPS may be a competitor to the Leg GT but it looks WAY better. Smart money says it will probably handle better as well; one thing Mazda does well is make good handling cars.
My first mod would be a set of EL gauges though, because I cant stand red/black gauges. Reminds me of Pontiacs too much. $.02

OMG!!! That front end looks agressive and I like the interior better than the regular 6. Not sure about the rear end though... I can't wait till it comes out!!

Yea, it's a top mount intercooler like the WRX and Legacy GT. The hood is raised in the center so it looks like a cowl induction that forces air under the hood through an air duct that directs the air over the intercooler. Personally I prefer an FMIC, I’m sure someone will make an aftermarket FMIC for it like they do for the WRX’s.

If Mazda puts those in showrooms, Mazda will have 'taken the gloves off' for this slugfest.

And i'm still very turned off by the fact that the Infiniti G35 has prop rod but, my 02 Maxima has hood lifts. Go figure.

I'm doubt for the new turbocharged engine by mazda, wondering if it's reliable vs. subaru
mazda is not known for their reliability.
anyways it won't be as fast as the Legacy GT, but probably in teh low 7s i guess

im a current 6 owner which i HATE waiting for my time to move up to a TL in a few months i checked out the LEGACY GT which is 100:100 AWD and the Speed 6 isnt i believe its 100:00 water cooled transfer case, so its only part time AWD but i could be wrong but i am pretty sure.
