2016 Audi A4

If you were on the fence about the TLX, would you consider the new '16 A4? Personally I am waiting for the S4 model to see if offers the 4.0TT and a bit more flair

Likes - full LCD gauges, headlights, front end, flowing dash
Dislikes - rear end, vents across dash, sides panels barely changed since '09

The current S4 engine is still great. That wouldn't change much.

It will probably get closer to 360-370hp but I don't think they will change the engine out.

The 2.0T gets 272hp now though.

Yeah. Probably a slight bump? It competes against 340i, not M3. A lot of people are still confused with it.

Actually looks like it was moved here from TLX. Probably b/c you're talking about the Audi and not the TLX.

Anyway, yes, would consider an A4 and would get it over a TLX in a heartbeat. Had a B7 A4 and loved it!!

Wagonwagonwagon!

Don't care if side panels have barely changed Still. Looks. Good.

I like the A4, but I'm really an A6 guy. Need that back seat space!

I initially posted in the ILX forum by mistake, and meant for it to be in the TLX forum as they would likely be cross-shopped. Basically wanted to see some healthy discussion re: their pros/cons

With its growth each generation, I wouldn't be surprised if this latest one is close to the size of the current A6. But as for the current models, the A6 does look way better than the A4. My only gripe is the S6/RS6 were never offered with MT's

I suspect there'd be less confusion if Audi offered the latest RS4 here

Bring over a manual Avant Quattro RS4 with cloth seats, and I'll buy one used.

No confirmation yet, but it was only discontinued with the B8.5 due to the introduction of the A4 Allroad. So as long as there's no B9 Allroad, chances are we'll see a normal Avant here.

Sadly it's a whole different story with the S4/RS4 Avant, as the market for fast wagons is nearly non-existent in the US...

Audi changes their looks almost every year. Making a previous years owner a little upset.
