The coldest placed I've lived before this was Washington DC. I've been pretty spoiled. Mostly Las Vegas, Florida, California, and Hawaii. It'll be a blessing in disguise...more time with the family is the way I see it.

Nice car bruh! Your car is too nice to sell. Like everyone has mention, I would just get a cheap beater. Then you will have a sweet car to drive in the nicer climates.

 

Decided I wanted to get one of these hardline setups done in my trunk:


I still wanted to keep my trunk space so I had it installed under the floor board. The tech said they're used to making trunk setups that are looked at straight on and not from a bird's eye view, but they were willing to accept the challenge.

This was the first attempt. Half way through it, the tech didn't like the way it was coming out....I agreed with his assessment.

This setup is completely leak free compared to the original setup. Before I would have to sit in my car in the morning and wait a minute or two so the tank could fill up and adjust the car to my daily driver height. But now I can just hit a button and go.

Oh and I got rid of the splitter too.

 

I liked the splitter, but now seeing it off I like that as well!

I'm convinced that you can do no wrong with that car

 

I was getting tired of it and wanted the cleaner look. Plus I was starting to see them everywhere.

That looks bad ass man! How's the ride? I was considering switching out my KW1 coilovers for an air ride, but was worried about ride and performance handling.

WOW...this car can pull anything off....LOVED IT with the splitter and now I LOVE IT without the splitter...

 

I had KW's also and the air ride is 10x better. It feels better than stock to me.

That's great to hear! And I see it doesn't interfere with truck space either.

 

I'm in the process of carpeting the floor around the sub floor to cover up the exposed metal so I'll take some after that.

Road bumps feel softer and its not bouncy like my coilovers were.

 

I can wait patiently!

Did you sell the splitter?

I didn't like it. Not that it didn't look good, but I'd be so paranoid about cracking it, etc, that it would just bother me too much.

 

Majofo, I just got a front splitter on the Stingray. Everyone is telling me to be careful with it too.
