2000 Mb S430

Well, I've been looking for the right replacement for the A-CL, and came across this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...&category=6336

I have been looking at a G35C or S2000/SUV combo, but I've always loved these cars and they are usually out of my range.
KBB values it at $36.5k.
Just wanted to see what you guys think, I know it's NOTHING like the other on my list.

Thanks!

B

I know what you mean. I really want to get a nice, fast, convertible for like 25k and then get a cheap suv on the side, hence the S2000/suv combo. And, once the new style comes out, I probably won't like it anymore, so there is that too....

Not to scare you off but my father purchased a 1992 S500 Turbo Deisel with one of those tiny warranties. Right after it went out the timing belt died on it. Then the AC, Poor door locks, and finally the heating. I know if I buy a Benz, it'll be from the dealer.

with any of these high level cars/trucks...make sure you have a solid(the maker's own) warranty and then a great dealership to fall back on when times get hard...b/c when times get hard with this baby, they will more than make up for the money you saved on e-bay....

i know i would not have bought my cls from acura without acura backing the car directly...just too, too many horror stories out there....just my

Not what i would expect to replace the CL especially when you're still looking at a pair of coupes.

Go take a look at the sport coupes again. No need for 4 door just yet.
