Lots of power, nice adaptive Xenon lights, convenient parking assist and other features I am really enjoying.

13.6 Average MPG is NOT something I am ready to accept as of yet tho.

600 miles on the odo. I have no idea why they are giving a brand new top of the line XC90 as a loaner.

 

Nice car - I've always thought they were nice looking SUV's.

 

Nice rig, but the V8 is loud and annoying........sounds like a motorboat imo.

If I have to hear the engine at that level, it needs to be much faster than it is.

 

^^ I would need to concur. I thought the car was revving high, but not. 1500 RPMs sound like 3000.

 

is the V-8 a volvo motor or a jaguar/ford sourced motor?

 

It's a Yamaha engine.
