Nice I still prefer the look of the NSX even though the style dates back 13/14 years with a few changes, it just has that exotic look to it. Good find.

Yes, the NSX is still sexy after all these years.

The new C6 looks better in person than in pics, IMO. Definitely a hot ride. Can't wait to see the Z06 and the future NSX!

About the only thing that really tells the NSX's true age is the taillight...that design is totally 90s. But from every other angle, it looks just as fresh as the C6! Can't wait for the redesign...if there is one...

Corvette wins them all though not by too much. Surprising, considering it has a big power advantage over the NSX.

I've driven both. ('92, '99 and '02 NSX's) and the C5's and C6

Have to say, Chevy has done its homework, its a good car, especially considering the price. I just hate the interior.. its STILL cheap.

The NSX.. wow.. its a scapel verses an axe. One is precise, the other is more brute force.

Both are comfortable to drive surprisingly. You could have either as an everyday car in warmer climates.

And the NSX hasen't changed, other than some styling tweeks for the past 12-13 years! It was a car way ahead of its time.

Sweet pics of both cars side by side. Acura NSX is nice but way overpriced at around $89K.

I honestly think the NSX is still right where it should be in terms of price. Remember, ALL of it is built by hand, it's made of all Aluminum, and that 1990 engineering can still kick the arses of Ferrari 360 Modenas, MB SL55 AMGs, and Porsche 911 Turbos. Now, for that price, is it worth it? Depends. If you want a true track performer for that price, it's a steal! If you want your 90k-worth (which includes a badge), go out and get a Porsche Carrera.

I myself would spend my money on an M5 if I had 90k. But don't say the NSX is overpriced, Acura wants to maintain an exotic image for the NSX.

Although I agree that it still looks good, I recall that more than on mag had stated when it initially came out that it sorta had outdated '80s styling.

Hope I don't get flamed here, but I'm beginning to like the new Corvettes (C6) more and more. I can't wait to see the Z06's.

I like this thread !!!
I truly love driving my NSX. I only normally do it on the weekends because I have other cars(3 Integras, and TL) that I can drive during the week for work and errands.
However when the weekend comes I pull it out, wash it and drive all over. After all the years of having one it is still neat to watch people point and stare at it like it's an alien or something. Constantly get questions from onlookers at the gas station also.
I am proud to say that it is a 3 time winner at NOPI Nationals. On the DVD for the '02 show my car is printed on the front of it in a line of other ones!! Of course it is loaded with chrome engine parts, audio/video system and the usual stuff.
As for the C6, I really like it. Have only seen 1 upclose and gained more appreciation for the size of it. It was a copper color which I didn't care much for. Very impressive performance though.

Personally I think the NSX is overpriced now and not when it first came out. Back when it was introduced in ’91 it was ahead of its time. But now there are better performing cars out there for the same price and much less like the Z06, Viper, 997 Carrera etc. Even it’s 290HP 3.2L V6 isn’t impressive anymore with cars like the E46 M3 producing more torque and 333HP with the same displacement as the NSX. And given equal drivers, the Ferrari 360 and Porsche 911 Turbo would kill an NSX. For $90K I'd expect more perfomance for my money period.

both car looks gd, but i would take NSX on any given day

NSX is a MR car, way into the Ferrari 360 class in driving excitement

C6 is gd too, outperforms M3 and 911 for less money, but the workmanship for NSX is just too gd

although it was back in 1990....they don't need a new one coz it's arleady so gd~

if you want power, NSX is not ur choice

NSX is the direct competitor with the Ferrari 360 with driving style and layout, no comparison to power house

why not just a viper then?

Well based on the current "spy" pic that is roaming many corvette forum threads, this beast looks awesome and it is sure the greatest bang for the buck yet
