Finally got a fall shoot when this was....somewhat worthy for some shots. Lol! Had to replace the front bumper due to a deer running out in front of me instead of back into the woods -_- So Now I gotta replace the H emblem in the grille.
bummer about the deer, I had one run into the side of my Odyssey as well a few years back. Needed a new driver quarter panel, side view mirror and re-skinned the driver door. It’s good your headlights were not damaged!

Man. That's the only thing I see being a benefit. Lol!
Where you're at, that is entirely possible. Where I used to live (near Rochester), we would hear the warnings and only get an inch or two. But North of Syracuse and Buffalo area and south just get hammered.
Nice new shoes! Smart you’re running winter boots, lots of folks use AWD/ 4x4 as an excuse to cheap out on tires.
100%. Most people can't seem to figure out that AWD/4WD doesn't help you stop or turn. We run Blizzaks on my wife's Subaru even. Haven't gotten them for the Rivian yet but I do run 3 peak rated all terrains that, along with the quad motor and the supercomputer worth of electronics in there, seems to do great in the snowy stuff.
Beautiful! I just watched Doug DeMuro review yet another NSX…
how much mileage did you put on them? Which set of keys do you find yourself reaching out for the most?
S4 will likely go on non-op for a refresh in June ... trying to break it before smog time comes. Thing still runs like a top .. haven't had any decent runs lately other than playing around with a TRX and making a 996 Turbo owner feel real sad on a 60 roll .
Cayenne is good - have my fair share of camping trips coming up this year and hoping it holds on / doesn't die .
^ Was on a walk with my wife the other night. Guy around the corner has 2 B5s in the driveway, and I think a 3rd on jack stands in the garage. Along with a JCW Mini.

Well you always need a spare for when one or two of them break.

I’ve had the pop-up NA2 for ten years now, and I’ve put 55k miles on it, 30k of them twin turbo’ed. It’s now got 114k miles on it. I absolutely love this car. I have a whole build thread in the NSX section that’s been going for at least that long.
I bought the NA2 because of Acurazine, and Acurazine in fact helped me to buy it. I will be keeping it, even if not driven, until I physically am unable to, just like the first owner did.
The NC1 I’ve had for one year this week, and I put 3.5k miles on it, and only 900 miles on the NA2.
So the NC1 wins in the last year…but that mostly reflects that I flew to NSXPO instead of driving, would have been yet another 5k mile round trip that I have already done three times in my road warrior NA2.
This year…who knows? I can only say I’m going to keep driving both. The NA2 I drive when I want to DRIVE my car, and feel all the analog feels. The NC1 I drive when I want to go very fast, in a hurry.
more than you asked for, but I guess TL;DR is “it depends” 🤣🤷🏽♂️
Yes, it’s also a keeper. I store it off site during the winter. I get offers for it regularly. I swap out with the Integra Type S for daily driver duties during the warm season.

great info, and I’m glad you are really enjoying the NSXs. Maybe one day someone will give me a ride in an NA2. This might be my age speaking, but I’m not a huge fan of new cars. My parents have newer cars than I do and I just prefer my older cars.
Ha. Offset lighting doesn't revel the dirty rain we get here. But I try to keep her as clean as possible.
If either of my cars looked like that I would be beyond content lol. My green truck currently has a fade paint job where it's white at the bottom and fades up to green towards the top.

To be fair, my car sits in the elements, but it was 70 yesterday with a cold breeze. I have a garage but I'm using it for storage. We're going to build a house and the current place doesn't have enough space for my "stuff". Also, over here there's a really ingrained car culture where car washing is a big deal. Every type of car, old ladies to young dudes keep them clean. Plus it's cheap (a quick brushless wash is ~$3). A foamy soap and wax (automated) is ~$7.
I bought the BRZ for my son. Does that count as "my ride?"
I do like the maintenance culture in Japan. During my visit the wife and I walked past old Alfas or other older cars and they were pristine!
On the subject of culture, it’s interesting to see how many homes have bars over their windows and gates for their driveway, but afaik, theft there is far less than other places in the world.

Down here, the bars are for typhoon protection, not thieves. We get wicking hurricane like storms, they just spin the other way.
TY! I’m big on this as well. I don’t really tow but haul frequently and head to mountains to rock climb and bike every-single-weekend. Also rescued three different vehicles out of snow/ice ditches over the past week.
If I lived a different lifestyle, an SUV would do. But the overall versatility and off road prowess come in handy all too often. That said, my better half does have an MDX A Spec when I want to feel spoiled =)
driver seat doesn’t look too bad considering the age, not the same story with the dash. (No, that’s not my driving position, I had it all the way forward )
the @#&! Starbucks spill from 10 years ago. We had to get a new rear seat bottom cushion. The leather, we took off and rinsed it… The smell was unreal with all the sugar and the milk from those Frappuccino’s and lattes that dumped in the car.
another exterior shot, the little plastic but dates the car, I thought about removing it but it does take a lot of hits, so I figure I’ll keep it.
I had my front seats repaired with full replacements from The Seat Shop.
My rears look brand new because no one sits back there.

unfortunately, my dash cracked 2-3 years ago. Had to fly out for a trip week, airport parking was full in the parking deck so the TL ended up on the top floor and that did the dash in. It kept progressing since. (Pics below)
Regarding the seats, I debated looking for a seat shop, or getting a new set from Acura (if that’s even an option now), but overall it’s in decent enough shape that i won’t bother for now. Plus, when I pick the kids from tennis in the summer and end up with a thick coat of sunscreen all over the seats I only have a mild conniption.
What I really need to replace is the front center armrest lid, padding is all collapsed and it looks like hell.
