Xbox 360 Pro

If anyone's interested, I'm looking to get rid of my Xbox 360 Pro.
Price is very negotiable, as long as they are not low-blows.
The system itself is relatively new with VERY FEW hours played. Has a 60 GB hard drive plus all the factory components. I have with the system, an extra wireless (white) controller along with 5 games: Street Fighter IV, Halo 3, Midnight Club: LA, Lego/Kung Fu Panda Combo (came with system) and Tony Hawk (came with system).

I'd rather not ship, but I will if I must (with HEAVY packaging).
Looking to purchase OR TRADE for a PS3 - need that blu-ray player, but would prefer to sell this system and purchase brand new.

$350.00 OBO
I think that's a decent deal...but like I said OBO!

Eric

Erick3 was in the forums last night at 5:12PM, so I don't know why he isn't responding to this thread, but he should reply so we can find out if there is a problem here.

Ron just so you are aware I have also sent the user multiple PM's and have not received a response. Figured that you may want to be in the loop.

I do. We never had any problems with erick so there might be some good explanation but I would like to hear from him about this.

Eric thank you for the reply, and we will work toward a resolution.

To fill Ron, and everyone in:

To fill Ron, and everyone in:

The price of the package was dropped to $200 on 5/12/09. I was assuming I was purchasing everything for this price, and Eric mistakenly thought I was just interested in the system it self. In actuality my interest was basically only in the games (I own 2 360's already). I figured I would use the games, and pass the 360 on to my nephew or sell it locally to recoup some of the purchase price while helping out a fellow member and getting myself some new games in the process. I've provided Eric with a couple of fair options to resolve this issue, and we will see where it goes.

I wanted this to be public as to not tarnish Eric's upstanding reputation on this forum.

I replied to erick's PM's and suggested an option, so it's good that you two are working together to resolve this.

Glad you guys are working things out. I hate feeling like people are taking advantage of the internet to be less than honest. I had that happen with some tein coilovers and have been very leary since then.

Good luck reaching an agreement!

I thought we have had things worked out but, Eric was supposed to send me a gift card. It's been better than 3 weeks I have been waiting for it. I'm getting very very very annoyed with this whole thing.

People should really try and follow the golden rule more often. Even if he is actually handling it...timeliness is a factor. I'm sure he wouldn't be too happy about his money being held hostage like this.

This is true, what you say.
I agree. That's why I was saying people don't think about how they would feel if they had to sit with their thumb up their ass for 3 weeks waiting for something to be handled. I would almost rather feel like I got ripped off than someone stringing me along saying they were going to handle it.

I've had two experiences like that...well, one that directly affected me. I bought a set of "perfect" tein SS's from ebay...friggin loser said they had 10K miles on em...and when I get em...they were BEAT UP...missing the internals to adjust dampening, one was blown. Then another Azine member told me that he had sold them to the kid that sold them on ebay and he was the 4th owner with himself having put 50K miles on em! Luckily I had used paypal and I was able to request back the funds and ship back to him. Shipping back was 50 bucks but he had charged me 100. I told him I would tell ebay and prospective sellers if he tried to relist without being honest. He waited a month and a half and I happened to find it. I ended up emailing the winning bidder and letting him know not to pay for them.

On ephatch.com I sold some guy some rims, turns out he was a scam artist that sold a moderator on the site some other rims and never shipped them. He was out like 800 bucks. I contacted the guy and he just acted like he never met me and hung up on me. I ended up PM'ing the mod ALL the information I had on the guy once I knew it was on purpose. Scumbag.

Not saying that Erick is going that route, but don't tarnish your name over a couple a bucks is all!

Just get it toghether and ship that card! An apology and rectification can go a long way. No harm, no foul.

They go for $300 brand new... so it wasn't exactly the deal of the decade. I would be expecting what was listed too (as would anybody else), regardless of price.

This is still not resolved, and I'm at the point where I'm getting tired of playing games. I'm sick, USPS lost what I was sending you, I thought you didn't want the contents of my listing. This is insane I'm tired to this childish mess! This needs to be resolved Eric or I will be forced to take other action to recoupe my loss in this deal.

I thought this was all resolved but I guess not, so I just sent another PM.

Ron I finally received something from eric on monday. The issue is resolved but, I'd like to make it known to future buyers how he handles business. I waited over a month for the resolution of an issue, and this is unacceptable. He will come accross and give all of his excuses but, there is no reason it should take a month to get to a mail box, or have someone go to one for you.
