I can get a brand new kit for 3225 here http://www.nyxracing.com/product_inf...ducts_id=24442
That's an excellent price. I wish I got mine at that price. I don't know how they can sell it so cheap.
Why mess with used with pricing like that. That way you get the full warranty from Comptech. You don't want to end up like that guy on the CL forum that bought a used kit for $2800 and received a broken blower.

I was told at v6p.net the only diffence between the accord kit and the acura kit is the elbow that comes with it. But you can buy the acura elbow for a 100$. Other than that the parts list are the same. You also have to change the settings on the FPR and ESM I believe and that is it.

That is correct, however that price ($3,2xx.xx) is extremely low! The lowest I've ever heard of was $3,500 and that was a vendor's price (i.e., their cost from Comptech). I'd suspect even if you did purchase it from that site they wouldn't honor that price. They wouldn't be making any money!
However, the MSRP on the Accord kit is $500 less than the CL kit. I don't think this is due to less materials/development for the Accord kit. Rather the "tuner" market is more competitive for the AV6 than the CL.

Probably should have an auction from the looks of it....everyone is lining up! By the way, I think that site mistyped the price...should be a 4.....not a 3........
Still not changed as of today though.

Still not changed as of today though.I know you can manually adjust both but the settings are different between the two, as for the website with the low price I'm going to call them on monday and see if 3225 is their correct price, I also wrote the dealership who sells superchargers on ebay and they said that the lowest price they would sell the supercharger for is 3500. Not bad thats 150$ cheaper than what they are asking on ebay, had I not inquired. Just thought I'd let you all know my findings. I still have first dibs on the first used kit up for sale seeing how I started this thread, I'll try and find a deal if not I'll just go with a new kit.

LOL I'm sorry but that price is too good to be true....if you don't believe me click the link and then hit buy. When the screen comes up to show you your car they charge you a tax percentage which is to them $260. Add that to the supercharge amount 3250 + 260 which leads you to a total of $3510 and that's not even including shipping yet. In my opinion some sites make the pricing look so cheap but then they'll get you at some other point. It's like saying your drinking milk and there's fat free milk but then you see it says like 0% fat but the fat is at somewhere else in the ingredient that you don't know. Maybe I'm just a little tipsy I guess I think better when I'm tipsy

Delivered price is the one to consider. The Acura Dealer selling those things on e-bay for $3700 delivered is a pretty good price when you consider your getting the complete kit for the right application.

Login and check out the shopping cart and finish the transaction. It stays at $3304 TOTAL.
Maybe they are located in the same state he is in. Therefore he'd be charged sales tax.
Oh and if any of you buy the Accord kit let me know, i'll help you with the adjustments needed. You don't need to change the ESM voltage unless you are a 6-Speed. The Accord and automatic CL/TL voltage stays the same. The fuel pressure regulator's internals might be different however which would require a re-cal kit.
