Ok, hopefully these pics of the wheels will show up now. Tires are about 55% tread left. Wheels are in great shape, no curbs, very little wear.

For the whole set of tires and wheels HP is the wheel maker, Hurricane is the model. 17 x 7 with a +40 offset. (see original post) Includes lugs and locks.
