The full story:
The wheels originally existed somewhere on ClubRSX and 8thgencivic where I purchased them. Previous owner purchased a very beat up set of LE37K from these forums. One set of (4) had a broken rim which was replaced with a spare from another set. The manufactured date on these rims were 2001 to 2007. The guy tossed the bad rim and powdercoated (albiet cheaply) the rims. Keep in mind the original polished lip dissapeared under the powdercoat.

I purchased from that guy in 2011. Ran them as-is until I powdercoated them, cleaning up curb rashes from the previous owner.

Original stickers inside were removed at the time of powdercoating.

I noticed a crack this spring 2015 when about to changeover the rims. I have not installed them on a car this year since noticing the crack.

These rims are the lightest 18x7.5 you can reasonably buy. (Lighter than TE37!)

Rays Eng... 15lb each... $2400 set of wheels that just happen to look great on top of everything else. If I was into wheels I'd be all over this deal. If shipping costs from Canada to the US weren't crazy high I might still consider it.
