I am cleaning up my garage and shop from the track TL's extra parts and have a few items for sale...

TYPE-S suspension (full) - 56k miles - was pulled from track TL for a more aggressive suspension set up - $250 picked up

Base suspension (full) - 68k miles - was pulled from my personal DD TL - $200 picked up

Type-s creme color interior seats (front and rear) - may have door panels to match for extra - $900 for the front two seats and rear - these were in my car to replace my stock seats until I found black TYPE-S seats..

TYPE-S creme color headliner with rear deck plate and A-B-C pillars in creme color - $250

6SPD manual gauge cluster - base 04-06 - forget the milage - $100

TYPE-S precats - these are more free flowing than stock and I had these on my car until I got custom ones - $200

Non nav truck carpets - Full 4 pieces - $120.

Roof air bags - $50 each side.

Sounds silly but I pulled the whole sunroof assembly and put sheet metal on top so I have the motor and glass - $40 for each.

TYPE-S steering rack - $200

TYPE-S steering wheel - $120 (with all controls). I can find you a bag for it, but it would run around $450 is the cheapest I can find it for. I went with the A-spec wheel.

Base exhaust - $200

Tan color interior from an 05 - will fit 05-08 - with door panels $800. I got these as a back up set, but no longer need them.

Grey passenger seat (I have the driver seat but air bag deployed) with rear and door panels - $700 (From and 04 and will only fit 04 and price includes the driver).

Stock NBP base side skirts - $100

TYPE-S engine 56k miles. I was going to use this for a project for the track TL but decided not to because I used something else...$2k o.b.o

My track TL's stock engine that I removed with 114k miles - $500. This was pulled from an 06 in working order.

Pulled the air bag (dash and steering from the 2006 track TL) - $500 for both.

LED tail light boards (all LED working) - $80 for the pair plus shipping.

I have a set of NBP doors that I was going to do something with on the track TL, but don't need them anymore. They have regulators and glass in them..$150 each for the back and $200 each for the front.

I have the stock side mirrors as well for a NBP base TL - $150 for the pair. Has a scuff on the passenger side.

I also have a MINT set of seats from my DD TL because I put TYPE-S seats in it. The set is black and comes with door panels - $1300. The rear seat looks like as if no one has ever sat in it. These will only fit 2005-2008.

I will have a full manual swap for sale soon when I change my track TL to auto once I find a trans..$2900 complete..


I may have a few more parts but I wanted to clean up my shop for summer and get these parts from my track TL and DD TL out of my possession because they are no longer needed. RON - these are my personal parts and have them on hand, let me know if this isn't OK. I want these seats gone, they take up too much space.


Yes, these are all legally owned parts and anyone that has come to my shop has seen most of these parts and that I accurately describe them and I change up my cars often with parts and finally found a set up that I want for a while so these parts are no longer needed.

Hey bruce for the type s steering wheel, if i plug it into my 07 base tl would I be able to use the paddle shifters or do i need to wire up something?

What is the difference between the type-s suspension and the stock base suspension?? Is it really more noticeable? Drop? Ride comfort?

 

To be honest, IDK. I do know that the air bag will fit and such, but paddle shifters I am not sure.

I would want to sell them as a pair unless you want just the fronts and not rear..

So just the front tan seats?

It will, but the problem is that you will need to transfer your wires from your 2004 to these because the airbag sensors are different, thats all..

It can be used plug and play in the 07-08 base, or to make it useable in the 04-06 you will need the air bag as well.

From reading all over the posts its a little more aggressive. I wouldn't say its going to be "crazy" in difference, but to someone that needs a new stock suspension it would be wiser for them to get this instead of base. Some put these on base and love the difference..

 

How many miles on the steering rack?

 

Just looknig for a pair of front seats, either the creme front seats or the tan front seats

I've had it for two years sitting and offers came in, but decided to keep it. I had an offer for $450, but turned it down. I was thinking about selling it for a certain amount and donating a portion to a charity or something.

Everything but for the trans itself. You will need a new casing to bolt up to the 3.5 motor. A new casing is around $300 I believe.

I will ship, but you will have to cover the shipping.

Hey Bruce, just wanted to know if the front seat you have are tan not to be confused with camel? The reason I ask is because I'm looking for a drivers seat in camel.
