this DOES FIT 99-03, its not the OEM KIT, the 99-01 OEM kit does not fit 02-03TL, however WW fits all 99-03 including the front piece.

People interested please note that there is no hardware kit (screws) for the lips. I lost the screws and instructions taking them out of the box. Will Post pics up tonight.

Been gone for a while.
Recieved rear lip a LONG time ago, packed kinda funny...warped it pretty badly...though not that big of a problem since its polyurothane and all. Let it sit around the floor of my dresser to reshape itself for a week. Had my whole kit painted and installed, no problems at all, will post pics in photo gal later.
To Inspire: Thanks a lot man, good stuff. Just wiish you coulda found a biger box to ship in..
To buyers: good guy, you'll get exactly whats described, no problems (for me)
To Badbenny regarding the fitment issue you had with your WW lip: No fitment issues here. Painted it, slapped it on, good to go. 100% fit. you must have had something wrong with yours to begin with.

some one please buy the sides atleast. these are the sickest skirts if you cut the tabs as seen here.
you could also do the same for the front. this is a great deal since u could buy a used front lip for the same price.
