SOLD! FS: Turbo Kit For 2003 CL 6 Speed

For Sale: Turbo Kit For 2003 CL 6 Speed
The time has come as I have another project in the works.

https://acurazine.com/forums/showthr...71#post2658671

The kit is awesome and everyone knows Ram built it originally. It performs flawlessly and I have upgraded many of the parts and have added many extra items.

Whoever has the balls to buy this thing will get everything needed to terrorize Vetts to Porshe. It's not for the light hearted.

Here is a rundown of parts.

1) Garrett GT35R BB .82ar, 84trim, compressor side
.70ar, trim

2) Complete piping from the charge pipe, IC pipe to the
down pipe. All custom fitted and will fit perfectly.

3) Oil pan with oil return fitting, the pan has also been
modified to better clear the manifold plumbing.

4) All stainless steel fuel lines, fittings, stainless steel
braided oil feed line, fittings to feed oil to the turbo,
stainless braided return line. Basically, every pretty
fitting you can think of.

5) Emanage Blue with two (2) maps. One tuned for 6psi
on 93 octane, and the other tuned to 10psi on race gas.
This includes the custom harness that is PNP into your
ECU.

6) Tech-Edge Wide band AFR with new sensor, or I should
say it has only about 1000 miles on it.

7) Dual gauge pod with Autometer electric boost gauge &
Fuel Pressure gauge. This includes the sending units.

8) Electromotive Knock Link, lights up and warns you of
detonation.

9) RC 440 injectors with injector clips and modified
fuel rail.

10) Thermoblock Spacers

11) Aquamist Water/Methanol injection Kit

12) Aeromotive 1:1 Fuel Pressure Regualtor

13) APEXi AVCR electronic Boost Controller, complete.

14) Tial Blowoff Valve

15) Tial Wastegate with two springs, roughly 4lb and 6lb.

16) Not sure of the make, but an air to air FMIC.

17) All Exhaust Manifold Piping has been coated, Jet Hot.

I added the AVCR, Aeromotive FPR, Thermoblock Spacers,
RC injectors, modified the fuel rail, Jet Hot the exhaust manifolds and upgraded the fuel and oil lines with new fittings, added the Greddy Pressure sensor to the Emanage Blue, and spent huge bucks on two tunes that are included.

This is for a 6 speed model only. It will not work on the automatic cars.

The kit is in excellent condition and works perfectly.

$ 7200.00 shipped, or $7000.00 plus shipping.

Good to see both of you battling this out. Both of you would be worthy of owning this kit.

It is a 'high efficiency' Garrett core with custom end-tanks. It is a custom size I had made to fit the front of the CL.

GL with the sale. I just said goodbye to my baby on Sunday

Thanks for the info Blue....

There you have it, a Garrett Core fitted specifically for the CL.

I wanted to mention that these manifolds are fitted to the comptech headers, I don't know if they will fit the other popular brands of headers that are out there.

I will only sell the headers with the kit if needed. ADD 650.00 to the asking price.

FYI I recently sold my turbo kit and I'm told the manifold did not line up with his generic headers... he had to buy some Comptechs.

This is a one-of-a-kind kit, probably never to be created again. I left my job with Garrett so no more parts from me .

My first tune which was too agressive made 464whp.

The better tune on the safe side produced 450whp.

Not going to elaborate about DJ...but...6speed is in the works still, the difference is who is doing it.

I just got his pipes.

Oh..and whoever is considering this...I second the fact that Tom's kit is by far the best overall.

No, on race gas at 10psi was 450whp.

I keep forgetting an item or two, this should cover it with the kit.

The kit also comes with an electric exhaust cutout.

i know BlueCLS said the opposite of what i'm about to post, but i figured i would let you know. andy (Titand19) switched out his comptechs with some generic ones and they were off by a tiny bit. but once he got the bolts lined up, and put the impact gun to them, the pipe pulled just fine and everything lined up. only issue is having a gasket for that. figure this might help your sale thinjim.

It's a tight fit even with the comptechs, as long as the collector comes down far enough I would think it would work, but it for sure will work with any comptech header. Thanks for the input.

That is a very clean engine bay. This kit looks very well put together and not sloppy at all, esp. for an almost one off kit...Also looks like the kit is comprised of all top name parts. Good luck with the sale, the seller is very knowledgable and Im sure will provide support for the buyer..He also ships quick hehe..

Stop wasting your time responding to the confused individuals in the 2G CL forum and purchase this kit. I'd hate to see this kit go to waste - I know you'll make the most out of this.

I know I'm just not sure if I want to keep the CL-S.

It isn't going to be a daily driver for much longer. I'm taking a position with a company vehicle so I can now have a "toy." Just not sure if I want the CL-S to be that toy.

More than likely, it will still be around for a while. In the meantime I'm enjoying it till I take it off in a couple weeks.

Bump to the top.

While your set-up is worth every penny, I'll more than likely end up with a supercharger again if I decide to hang on to the car.
