These lower the car about 1/2 inch front and back. They are compatible with stock shocks, a-spec shocks, or koni shocks.

Been used for about 8k miles, no damage.

there was a thread posted asking about the springs on stock shock setup. It seemed like its never been done (or posted anyway). There was concern on the risk that would follow. I have stock shocks but am interested since i cant afford theh complete setup right now. Is there a specific reason that you say they are compatible with stock shocks??

I replaced the a-spec springs with comptech springs on the a-spec shocks. So, since comptech springs were designed to fit on stock shocks, but they fit on the a-spec suspension, it means that the spring fitment will be the same between stock and a-spec.
