D2C means that they can fit the D2R and D2S applications, BUT it doesnt mean that they are made for both the D2R using reflector housings and D2S using Projector housings. These bulbs are only good for D2S applications i.e projector HID based applications. The reason is that they dont have the glare eliminating coating that D2R bulbs have to be used in reflector based HID set up.

Here is what a D2S bulb looks like, notice that it does not have the black ceramic coating on the bulb, just like the one that zli05 is selling.



Now notice the following D2R bulbs and note that they do infact have the ceramic coating, which is necessary to avoid glare.



I am not here to spoil your sale but just providing info that might help the potential buyers. These bulbs would fit all OEM D2S/D2R HID applications but are only recommended to be used with D2S ones. Only the following acuras currently are using D2S bulbs

07+ MDX
07+ RDX
