It should work for most TL's and TSX's that are post 2003. I think it also fits the 01-03 TL's, but anyone who is interested should make sure the FCC will match the car. I believe there is 2 different FCC's, so it shouldn't be too hard.

It'll work on 01-03 CL's as well. I know because I've programmed them for my car (01) as well as my buddies' 02's and 03's. They even work on previous gen Honda Accords. Oh yeah, RSX's too, but the trunk release function won't work on those.

To clear up any confusion, what I meant to say was the trunk release function won't work on the RSX. It'll mos def work on the 2nd gen CL's and TL's, but the RSX doesn't have a remote trunk release function, hence if you look at an RSX key FOB, the space where the trunk release button is on our FOB is only a solid piece of plastic with slight indention where the trunk release should be on the RSX FOB.

Didn't want to scare off any potential buyers.
