SOLD - FS: 2004 Complete Acura / Honda Navigation System
Complete Acura OEM Nav system - This came off of a 2004 TL and includes:
- 8" Touch screen with Temp control buttons
- DVD Nav system unit
- 6 Disk in-dash DVD-A (DTS) changer with XM control
- GPS antenna
- all OEM connectors with at least 6-12" of wire slack
- photocopy of the Service manual that pertains to all the connectors, etc.
- Nav and Radio codes
- $1,800 + shipping
This unit is almost brand new, tested and works. All wiring diagrams are included. I purchased 2 full systems (just in case) and ended with 2 fully functional, working systems in perfect condition. I used the wire harness I created for the first system to show that this system is functional and that I have the codes to make it operational.
As long as you provide power and the other standard NAV connections i.e. reverse light signal and VSS speed sensor, this unit can be installed in any car.
For an additional $400 I can complete the wire harness which includes proper soldering of all the wires to be plug and play. I have a lot of experience with Nav units... this was my other / kit...

Is there any way to put this into 1gen CL? I'm not talking 'bout its fitment. I'm talking about if they can be installed and used into 1gen CL.
Thanks

Yes. 90% of the Nav functions will work in any car. The only thing that will not work properly is the Fuel / Trip computer which estimates the amount of fuel consumption for the trip. All Nav fuctions work and have been tested.

It will fit in any car with some modding. Actually the 2nd gen TLs are a good candidate for retrofit... If you purchase the Nav dash piece (check my link) the 8" screen with be a perfect fit and will be edge to edge touch screen.
the audio unit can then be installed in the stock double din location. Then use the space where that useless CD holder is for the Nav buttons. It will require some fabrication to make it stock but a good stereo shop should be able to assist.
It's definitely not plug and play but the new Nav system with voice recognition is worth it!

Long gone. I put it up on eBay and it actually went for about $2,200. Then again, it was mint and included all the connectors with ample wire to work with.
