No difference really. The car will recognize it as Memory 2 key, and will adjust automatically to what user settign you have.......(seat, mirrors, ect.)

Its the same in every aspect

Depends on where you are. Go to the thread in Group Buys if you need alot of answers on what applications will work and such. I paid $45 for my key to be cut and programmed
