When I got my 02TL-S these came off my 99. I paid 157 canadian per light per origionally..

these are in awsome condition for anyone looking to upgrade their 99-00 tail lights..

So this is all you'd need for the 99' to 02' tail light conversion right? And you want 160 plus whatever shipping would be to zip code 23112. If you could give me an Idea I would like to cal dibs. I couldn't actually buy for a week or so though.
