haha I know! The price on there is just a a price; i'm very willing to take offers, although I doubt anybody is going to sell their RV6 HFPCs for any price lol If I don't get any offers (which I probably won't) I'll just order them from richie

Sorry man just looking for the RV6 HFPCs. The only product I would be willing to replace my primary cats with is a product made by Richie, I trust his quality

lol yeah I was just going to check if anybody wanted to sell their used HFPC before I pulled the trigger on buying a new one I'll probably get it ceramic coated myself because it'll be cheaper at one of my local shops though haha

^How much will your local shop do it for? Will they coat both the inside & outside? Do they bake the coating on properly to prevent it from outgassing/burning off and destroying the cat substrate or o2 sensors?

They will only coat the outside of the pipes I don't think anybody will try to coat the inside haha, maybe I didn't search hard enough, but i'm fine with just having the outsides coated. It'll still help keep the heat inside the cat.

I believe it's around $20-30 for each cat depending on how big it is.

^I was told by Richie that the coating shop he partners with plugs the substrate cores and then coats everything else, which i assumed included the inside of both end-castings on each HPFC in addition to the outsides. He charges $80 for this extra service and reassured me that he has never had any problems with outgassing/burn-off/flaking.

Ahh I didn't think about the insides of the end castings! Good point, I should ask the shop if they'll include that. They just told me the outside and i'm guessing they mean JUST the outside haha. Thanks for the heads up!
