It comes with ther bar and bushings, everything you need

Its 35$ cheaper than anyother place youd find

Can be installed, plug and play on any 3G TL, 2G TL or 2G CL

i think you're talking about the CT-E RSB, which is 22mm

The sway bar is 2 times thicker than stock, so its obviously stiffens up the rear some.
