Hey all

I'm selling my proclip iPhone mount. Proclip is an awesome company that makes phones mounts for all types of cars and each one is custom for each model car. No screws or damaging your dash at all involved.

Proclip sells custom mounts in two pieces. First the car piece (custom to each car) then the phone piece (custom to each phone) so you build your mount for your car and phone. IIRC each one ranges from about 30-50$ giving you a custom mount for 60-100$

My car came with this proclip mount but only the car piece. I didn't want to pay 50 bucks for the car portion so bought a cheap universal suction cup mount for my phone. It holds my phone and many others very easily through tension. (Right side slides out and you put your phone in).

Selling the whole unit for 30 bucks shipped.

This is with the phone mount removed and the flat plastic used to for the suction cup mounted. I imagine you could attach a GPS or any other accessory to this as well.

Edit. Just realized this is 30 bucks new plus shipping, but without the phone holder portion.

So I'm gonna ask 30 bucks shipped with the phone holder.

Proclip mounts are very nice but you really need to get the cradle with the integrated cable management to make it worth while. When I put my iphone in the cradle it automatically plugs into my USA Spec. Phone is connected, charging and ready to go. very convenient. GLWS!

Well the car peice is 30 new plus shipping, but the part that actually holds your phone is an additional $35-40 bucks. I chose this route because I don't usually charge my iphone 5 in the car anyway but you're correct, the cable management set up is really nice. Just not worth the money for me at least.

 

haha i noticed that so i edited my reply. I thought i'd throw that other information in there for potential buyers. I messed around with a lot cheap cradles and was never satisfied and after wasting a bunch of money and time I decided to do it right and get the proclip. The whole package can be a little spendy but worth it imo.
