Neuspeed strut bar, painted SSM for 99-03 TL
I got a neuspeed strut tower bar, professionaly painted satin silver metallic, like new.

I'm pretty sure it fits. I'll post up a pic when I get home! It looks just like any Neuspeed strut bar, but it's painted SSM.
