Front bumper plugs

Try Lowes or Home Depot and go to the section where there is misc hardware like door bumpers, hinge pins etc. I found a bunch of different sizes of plastic plugs that you simply push into the drilled holes and they fit fine and look good if you paint them with the touch up paint of your car color. Trial fit then paint and push in.

I think they were 20 cents and come two to a pack.
