Modified OEM 07-08 base type tail lights

I purchased a stock set to send to AckTL05. While I was waiting on the stock set he put the set from his car up for sale. I wanted the tails for a trip I was planning, so I got his set and when I received the stock set I sent them to him to hook up.That is how I have this extra set to sale. Not trying to make any money, this is what he sales them for.
Edit add: I'm willing to step off the 285. 265 shipped & picked up will be 230. CASH

I can't tell for sure from the pics. Are these tails painted? I understand that these are modified Type-S tails and I've seem some of Ack's work on this site, but what I'm unsure of is if the plastic inside the tail has been painted. In other words, is this identical to an OEM Type-S tail with the exception that the red lenses on the brake lights have been swapped out for the clear lenses from base 07-08 tails?

These are 07-08 base type tail lights, (when stock, they are all red with the clear diffuser, the break lights) not type S. The modification was blacking out the bessel and tinting the diffuser (Clear part). the red turn signal is also slightly tinted. just the inside of the light was painted or tinted, not the outer plastic part (the lense).

These sell for $310 shipped all day, $200? Anyway, why aren't these sold yet?
Theses are 07-08 base with a light tint on the brake diffuser and turn signal with the reflector blacked out with niteshade so yet it does still reflect with the bezel painted black. These are one of a kind and you will never see these for sale anywhere else.

The outline is black, the turn signal is red with a lite tint, the clear brake light, diffuser has been tinted also. the lights where opened to do the work. the clear lense (outer plastic cover) has not been changed. They are 07-08 base type tails. The reflector was also tinted, but it still reflects red when hit by light
