It's a VIP accessory. Junction Produce makes a lot of VIP accessories such as curtains, tunas, fusas, among other things. I'm not exactly sure how this one attaches to the car though. If I had the extra money I would pick it up (Yes, I am aware that the CL is not VIP, but hey it looks cool.)

the JP stuff is all about status..if u guys do a google search on their products, you'll see it's not cheap stuff...it's huge in Japan..! normally, this fish attaches to the windshield with sticky hooks that hold the knot up...goes around the rearview mirror area...
