Everything pictured is included. You may need new gaskets at the exhaust manifold or at the connection to the cat. If you have a 4-cylinder Accord, an exhaust shop will have to shorten your exhaust a bit to fit this.
The header already has an OEM TSX flexpipe welded onto it. Also, I am including the O2 sensor extender needed for Accords.
