I have a brand new MegaSquirt3 based J&R ecu for sale. I was waiting for this since the initial groupbuy in January. It has the optional knock sensor ($100) and extended harness ($60). My reason for selling is I already have a turbo civic, and a k swap civic underway, and just dont want to tinker with the TL anymore. Literally got it, opened it, took pictures, put it away. I can take more pictures if necessary, and I have 300 positive ebay feedback as both seller and buyer, ebay name; "Ryaneamer7"

you need to list, what year is your car and if its 6mt or 5at.

as the ecu is only compatible with your year car and transmission

Ordered for 2004 TL Auto.

I was under the impression the MT and AT ecus were the same, that the one connector didnt use the harness. The "instructions" say to send the "D" plug into the OEM ecu, and the others to be used through the AEM harness, because its auto.

Ryan GLWS....buyers, Ryan is a nice guy and he just recently (i believe in the last week) received his ECU....I can confirm all the stuff that he ordered was from JnR and the price is reasonable as well....

As far as the harness, I can contact Rodney for any interested party, to confirm it will work. Just looking to get what I paid for it back really. Have an Innovative LC-1 Red illumination I could throw in for +$180 also. Its brand new, just opened to look at it. Sells for $200 new. I will be leaving for MA on Friday, so if anyone is actually interested over the weekend, I maybe delayed in getting back to you. Thanks

I ordered it for a 04 Auto, but turns out the auto and mt use the same harness, just the "D" connector is not plugged in, with the automatic. So the factory ecu still controls the transmission. Rodneys customer service or lack of, I havent gotten any replies when I have asked questions about fitment. So basically its a TL harness and a MegaSquirt3 ecu with a base map. From what I have gathered, once you figure out TunerStudio (Or whatever program you decide to use) you can "LiveTune" the car, just need a wideband o2 and laptop. I just say all this because I dont want whoever does buy this from me to feel burned, with the lack of support for the unit.

auto ecu has 5 pins, manual has 4. just leave the auto plug unplugged and your good to go.

I know...we did it on mine. originally i was an 04 auto and had this ecu, converted to a manual but kept the same harness and ecu, just left the plug out

this should fit an 06 MT right? I will talk to Rodney tonight....and will confirm this....

I know you can put an AT harness on a MT and just leave a connector unplugged....however i will confirm is you can use an 04 harness on a 06....
