That guy is a bastard. I ws going to uy something from him, but i'm glad he didn't respond. I t hink it would be in his best interest to pay for shipping. I think he should be banned then killed. His false advertising should not be tolerated. "Almost new?" We the member of this board share a certin level of trust between one another, and this guy is fucking it up. Contact the proper wuthorities, ban him, then go to NJ and teach him a lesson. I think most of the Non-NJ Metro area members here would have no problem taking a trip to NJ. This is no longer a matter of $$$, this is a matter of principle.

The ignorance of little kids on this forum isn't tolerable. The problem at hand is between me and Derek. Let me know when you want me to paypal your account and when you would like to ship the intake back to me. Darivative says he bought the intake from OneQwkv6. But there's no such post in the forums. On the other hand, OneQwkv6 has been known to be something of a shady trader (see the xbox game thread here). Put that together, and I'm wondering if OneQwkv6 collaborated with Darivative on this.

If there is no post regarding the Silver AEM CAI, you should not assume there was not a transaction. If they live next to each other, one doesn't need to go post on the forum to sell a CAI to the other, right? But who knows? I wouldn't post a thread selling something to myself. Anyway, good find on the game thread . I was interested in those games too

Do exactly what you're doing dude...give him a big negative on the trader feedback...report him to Paypal...or do what I did when someone sent me Lanzar amps instead of Rockford Fosgate...call their local PD and get them to stop by. Get Paypal riled up, etc. And you CAN hire legal counsel...but it'll be small claims. When you hire it though if you win, you can make him pay for your counsel...which knowing that he will lose is more than enough reason for him to fork over the $15 for shipping.
